Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Your order will be automatically processed unless the item is out of stock in which case you will be notifed.
We accept credit card payment through a secure 128bit encryption system which is then processed through the highly secure HSBC Card Processing System. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron and others. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Tax charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union at 17.5% VAT is included

All goods carry 6 months no quibble guarantee from the date of purchase provided that the item has not been misused or disassembled, modified by any unauthorised person.
All upgrade and replacement part warranties become void unless fitted by Combat South.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping Combat South Ltd provides a ‘signed for’ Next Day delivery service (UK only) for any order received before 5pm Monday to Thursday (subject to stock availability.)
Returns Policy Please contact us before returning any goods for any reason. If goods are supplied correctly to order we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Also we do not credit any carriage charges under such circumstances. Please note with safety footwear we will exchange wrongly ordered sizes but its your responsibility to send the items back to us. They must be in unused condition and be as they were originally shipped out. If there is no replacement ordered you will incur a 20% re-stocking charge to cover our costs. |
